Things I would like to do, to be better at streaming, based on my conversations with others at OffKai:

• Run community things like Zomboid RP SMP event
• Build stuff for greencircle, like schedule calendar
• Learn how to twittermaxx
• Make long-form videos about passions and interests, not about devlogs or tutorials which I seem to not be very good at.
• Do a debut
• Make a better overlay
• Run more structured coworking events, like getting people to check in with their projects and showing them off
• Make my website cooler/more attractive/more legible.

I might be missing something, but I think that's most of them.
