• I wanted to make the aquarium map assets on stream, but it's blocking now so I'll work on it today.

TODO:

• Common pain points:
  • Do some kind of animation when a puzzle is completed
• Map Select
  • Blockout of aquarium map
  • Clicking on different sections of the map zooms in so you can select an exhibit.
  • Lock certain sections of the aquarium off based on progression
  • Selecting an exhibit opens the level select screen
  • Hovering over an exhibit focuses it (with an outline? glow?)
  • Controller navigation
• Collectibles
  • Each exhibit has a stamp that you can receive when the sum of all solutions scores under a certain amount.
  • Remember stamp state of each exhibit
• Ending screen
  • Show blockout scene of main characters and collected plushies
  • Show ending text (thank you for playing, credits, etc)

For later:

• Add a way to "pin" tiles so they cannot be moved and/or rotated by the player
• More efficient import/export string for puzzles (maybe base64 encoding?)
• Change control icons based on mode state
• Return to selection mode when menu is opened
• Create UI theme to use throughout editor
• Change the 3D cursor appearance when placement is invalid
• Render held shape transparent so we can see under it
• Implement HFlip and VFlip for Shape mode
