Working on stream overlay today.

Context:

• I've been wanting to work on a fully integrated environment, but I'm realizing with the my focus on developing dosimeter, that I will not have time to do this.
• Instead, I should focus on creating a simple overlay that is easy to maintain, but still looks good.
• So, I should remove any unnecessary features that don't advance these goals.
• I also more generally want to make my OBS configuration simpler; to get rid of the need to capture many different sources.
• This overlay needs to look good at 720p, but also have the ability to be upgraded easily to 1080p

Features I want:

• Built-in starting/ending/brb screen
• To be able to focus on a specific chat message
• Show the current time
• Show the currently playing music
• Community-controlled title/description
• Integrate with SnekStudio
• Integrate with discord chat like fugi (No idea how this will work)

• Update rs-twitch-event-sub
• Remove gd-capture-external
• Remove blur effect
• Remove hover fade
